U.S. Sales Only
Custom Clubs by Larry sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments are made to APO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States.

Payment Methods

Credit Card
Custom Clubs by Larry accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

Cashier's Check or Money Order
If you wish to pay by personal check, cashier's check or money order, mail payment to Custom Clubs by Larry. The personal check, cashier's check or money order must be payable to Custom Clubs by Larry. Mail your payment with a copy of your order to this address:

Custom Clubs by Larry must receive your payment within 30 days or your order will be canceled. Larry will ship your order, or begin assembling your order, when full payment has been processed (approximately two business days after payment is received).

Proof of Purchase
Custom Clubs by Larry will send you a confirmation of your order by either email at time of purchase or regular mail when your order is shipped.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will apply to your purchase from Custom Clubs at the rate in effect at the shipping address.

The proof of purchase that Custom Clubs by Larry mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Shipping Information
Products are shipped via Federal Express ground. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and deliverly location.

If you pay by credit card, items in stock are shipped within one business day after Custom Clubs processes your order. Build-to-order products are custom-made to your specifications and are shipped approximately three days after Custom Clubs processes your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing.

If you pay by cashier's check or money order, Custom Clubs will ship your order, or begin assembling your custom order, when full payment has been processed (approximately two business days after payment is received).

Prices
Custom Clubs by Larry endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products and selected refurbished and clearance products. The price you will be charged is the price shown on the day you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Custom Clubs reserves the right to change prices for products carried by Custom Clubs at any time.

Product Availability
Some products may be available in limited quantities. Custom Clubs reserves the right to restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. The Custom Clubs web site will notify you of limitations on product availability and purchasing. This information is subject to change.

Build-to-order products are custom-made to your specifications and are shipped approximately three days after Custom Clubs processes your order. Custom Clubs will begin assembling your build-to-order golf clubs when full payment has been processed (please allow 24-48 hours for order processing).

Product Warranty
All new products, including clearance products, carry a five-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase by clicking the appropriate link below.

Refurbished products carry a 90-day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on refurbished products, including its limitations and exclusions, by clicking the appropriate link below.

Accessories and supplies are sold "AS IS" by Custom Clubs, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by Custom Clubs as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from Custom Clubs. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, you can call (832) 467-9668.

Return Policy

Defective Items
If a product you ordered is defective, Custom Clubs will, at Custom Clubs's option, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. If you believe your purchase is defective within the first thirty days of your purchase, please call Custom Clubs at (832) 467-9668. If Custom Clubs determines that your product should be replaced, you will receive authorization to return the product. Custom Clubs will arrange for shipping at its expense. If you discover what you believe to be a product defect more than thirty days from your date of purchase, such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product.

Wrong Items Shipped
If you receive items you did not order, call (832) 467-9668. You will receive authorization to return the product for a refund. Custom Clubs will arrange for shipping at its expense.

Other Terms and Conditions
Custom Clubs is not responsible for typographic errors. Custom Clubs reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at Custom Clubs at any time. All sales at Custom Clubs are governed by Texas law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. No Custum Clubs employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Custom Club's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
